I feel you. Fully. I have suffered so much in my life. Feeling alone, feeling rejected, not feeling loved. Developing a state considered in psychology a mental illness. Feeling isolated as a result. Feeling that there is no point in life.
If you are feeling the same, I want you to know that this is not the end. That you are in a temporary state of disconnect. Feeling disconnected from that which is truly you, that which wants to be endlessly expressed. And although it is painful, I want you to know that what you are feeling is relevant. Important for you to internally tune into new desires, desires that are truly reflective of your unique and worthiness nature. It is there for you to realize that you are not tuned in with what you truly are here to align with. That you are buying into ideas about yourself that are not originally yours.
Speaking from experience, I can say that every painful time in my life was a catalyst for new realizations, a catalyst for finding more of myself. A push that woke me up. That pulled me out of this numb state of continuously ignoring, repressing and resisting my emotions. Emotional pain is part of our life. It allows us to look deeper. I am deeply grateful for the challenges that seemed so difficult at the time. Looking back, I can say that without them I would not be where I am today. I would not be in a space of trusting myself, connecting deeper to my true nature and connecting to more peace within. If you are feeling extremely challenged right now, tune into this. Tune into the fact that this is temporary. That this does not mean that you are not worthy or can’t achieve anything in your life. It is a wake-up call. The more gratitude and understanding you can develop for this time, you will shift into a higher level of connection with yourself again. Because you are seeing the pain for what it is. You are not repressing it, trying to rid yourself of it. Allow, embrace and accept. As difficult as this sounds, this will be able to shift you into a higher state much quicker than resisting it.

Allow yourself to release the identification with what you are feeling. What you are emotionally experiencing is not you. You are not depressed. You are feeling depressed. You are observing this depressed state of being. You are the awareness behind every feeling, behind every thought. Everything is temporary. Everything is in a continuous flow of change. Know you are worthy, know that you can grow and learn from this experience that feels so frustrating right now. This is the first step towards more connection to self.
